QDo you accept payments?
We offer an out of office financing program called “Care Credit” Patients are welcome to fill out a credit application in our office or can visit Care Credit online at www.carecredit.com.
QWhat are your office hours?
Alliance office hours are 8-5 M,T,W; 7-3 on Thurs, 8-1 Friday. Canton office hours are 8-5 M, T; 7-3 on Wed and Thurs, 8-2 Friday.
QWhat do I do in the event of an emergency that occurs during non-business hours?
One of our dentists is always available to consult with regular patients of the office. Each office has the emergency number to contact the dentist on call if an after hours emergency occurs. The number can be heard by listening to the recorded message.
QWhat is your cancellation policy?
As a courtesy, we ask that you give our office at least a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. If two or more appointments are cancelled or broken, the office may charge for the missed appointment and may limit your ability to schedule appointments in advance.
QDo I need my previous dental records?
If you have had x-rays taken within the last two years, it will be helpful for us to have them. Often times the patient will have to contact the previous office and give written consent for the records to be forwarded. If a considerable amount of dental work has been done by another office, the treatment notes will also be beneficial to us as well.
